  • Introduction to microbiological techniques practiced in the food industry
  • Practical demonstrations on microbiological analysis
  • Discussion on published standard specifications
  • Recording and interpretation of results

Fees: Rs 5000 (all inclusive)
Resource material, lunch and refreshments will be provided

Target Audience: Students who have completed A-Levels (Bioscience), Prospective employees of the food industry, University students pursuing courses in Food Science / Food Microbiology, Interns from foreign universities

The medium of instruction will be English. Translations will be provided in Sinhala if necessary.
