Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

SEM provides topographical and elemental information at high magnifications 10x to 100,000x and it is an essential tool for Nano-sciences which allows collecting morphological information on various materials at nano-scale.

Leo 1432 VP compact high resolution SEM allows resolution up to 3.5 nm.

The particle size analyzer (FRITSCH ANALYSETTE 22 Nano Tec) provides measurements of particles sizes of inorganic and organic materials.


Two modes are available


Wet mode-0.01 – 2100 microns.


Dry mode-0.08 – 2100 microns.


Applications include particle characterization of powders and granules as well as suspensions and emulsions.
