Postharvest physiology of tropical fruits and vegetables; postharvest technology related to harvest, handling of produce,  storage and transportation and gas analysis

Interest Areas       

Minimizing post harvest loss of fresh produce including methods of biological based methods for disease control and maintenance of quality. Development of protocols for storage and transportation of perishables e.g., for supermarkets, hotels and export.
