  •      Manufacture of Instant baby food in a micro enterprise level.(CP 111)

 

  •      Formulation of health foods using underutilized minor cereal crops (FP 69)

 

  •      Effective utilization of ginger(10710/TGI)  (Identification of suitable variety &  

        suitable   maturity stage for the preparation of quality candied ginger)

 

  •      Detection of Oxidative DNA damage of irradiated foods using Enzyme Linked
